How can I combine regular exercise with a feeling of fatigue that won't go away?

I used to think that exercise was a universal remedy for all problems. But when my fatigue became chronic, I started looking for deeper causes. I read https://ways2well.com/blog/revolutionizing-female-wellness-through-hormone-optimization, which says that hormonal balance is important not only for feeling energetic, but also for recovering after physical exertion. It explains how hormones can affect muscle fatigue, sleep, and overall regeneration. I realized that I shouldn't force myself, but work with my body, not against it: more rest during the right phases of the cycle, enough protein, sleep, and listening to my body's signals. Sport is great, but without balancing your hormones, it's like driving a car without oil. So I changed my approach: not "see-do," but "feel-adapt."
