Part of your participation in this event there might be inherent risks for which GIHE has no control and for which GIHE has no responsibility. If you engage in activities that are not a part of the event and from which you may sustain personal injury or other damage to yourself or property, or cause others to be injured or sustain other damage, including damage to their property, you understand that GIHE and its employees, agents or volunteers will not be held responsible. You also agree that if you fail to follow the above stated policies, procedures, regulations and laws you will be responsible for any consequences that may result. I understand that it your responsibility to be on time for the departures times and you are aware that the bus won’t be waiting for me if you are late.
