Please read this section carefully. This agreement ensures a safe, trusting, and supportive environment for all student participants.

1. Commitment to Confidentiality

I understand that mutual trust is essential to the Step & Share program. I explicitly agree to keep all conversations, personal stories, names, and identifying information shared during these sessions strictly confidential. I promise not to disclose, discuss, or share any participant's information outside of the group setting in any manner (including verbal communication, text, or social media).

2. Peer Support Boundaries

I acknowledge that Step & Share is a peer-led support initiative facilitated by student ambassadors. I understand that the student ambassadors are peers providing community support and are NOT licensed medical professionals, psychologists, or certified therapists. These sessions are intended for shared experiences and well-being discussions, not professional psychological intervention.

3. Duty to Care & Safety Exception

I understand that confidentiality is limited in situations involving immediate risk. If a student ambassador believes there is an imminent risk of serious harm to me or to someone else, they have a professional and ethical responsibility to contact the health advisors to ensure safety.

Media Release & Promotional Consent Agreement

Please read this section carefully regarding the potential recording and usage of media captured during the Step & Share events. This agreement outlines how promotional materials may be utilized by the student initiative and campus media.

4. Media Recording & Usage Rights

I understand that photography, video filming, and audio recording may take place during certain Step & Share events. By granting consent, I authorize the program organizers and student ambassadors to capture my image, voice, and likeness. I agree that the resulting digital material may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes across official university platforms, social media channels, and print publications.

5. Voluntary Participation & Rights Management

I acknowledge that my decision to consent to being filmed is entirely voluntary. I understand that I retain the right to participate fully in the event even if I choose to withhold media consent.
